Elizabeth Bradley offers free shipping on all domestic (United States) shipments. Rush shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Tracking will be emailed at the time of shipment to the email address provided during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and shipping destination. All orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. Shipping times shown are from the date on which the order ships, not the date on which the order was placed.

We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. As always, Elizabeth Bradley never disappoints! This is the largest EB project I have ever ordered and I cannot wait to get started. I have been a fan ever since I became a collecter of antique Berlin woolwork pieces 30+ years ago. I have all of the Elizabeth Bradley books and have made 20+ of the kits. So, it may take awhile, but I know I will get hours of enjoyment working on this gorgeous kit!
