Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and shipping destination. If you go to Cart there is a Shipping Calculator toward the bottom of the page that you can use to estimate your shipping costs.

All orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. For international shipping, the receiver bears the responsibility for any duties and taxes associated with the shipment. Free shipping over $200 applies only to domestic (United States) shipments. Rush shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Tracking will be emailed to the email address on the order at the time of shipment.

Merchandise Availability:

We make every effort to keep our products in-stock at all times. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may encounter out-of-stock issues. If you should order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you immediately by telephone or email advising you on the anticipated ready date.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:

Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavors to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact Customer Services in the first instance on 866.827.3831 and we will provide you with return instructions and a label. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to return products in their unused & originally packaged condition may result in additional repackaging fees. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
