Elizabeth Bradley offers free FedEx Priority shipping on all shipments. Tracking will be emailed at the time of shipment to the email address provided during checkout. 

FedEx Priority has an average delivery time of has a 2-5 business days. 

Duty on US Orders

With the recent change to US import regulations and the removal of the de minimis value, orders shipped from the UK may now be subject to duty charges. At Elizabeth Bradley, we believe your experience should be as effortless and enjoyable as the craft itself. For this reason, we will be covering the duty costs on US orders. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay, ensuring your tapestry journey begins with ease and without interruption.

Please note that due to additional customs clearance procedures, your delivery time may be slightly extended.

Merchandise Availability:

We make every effort to keep our products in-stock at all times. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may encounter out-of-stock issues. If you should order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you immediately by telephone or email advising you on the anticipated ready date.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:

Elizabeth Bradley Design strives to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service immediately at 919.828.5568 and we will provide you with return instructions and a label. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in additional repackaging fees. Postage costs and gift cards are nonrefundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Submit a Return Request:

To start a return, please login to your account.

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from Elizabeth Bradley Design and copy the six-digit verification code.
  3. Go back to the Elizabeth Bradley website, then enter your six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you would like to submit a return request for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you would like to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for customer service.
  7. Click request return.
