Tracking will be emailed at the time of shipment to the email address provided during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and shipping destination. All orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. Shipping times shown are from the date on which the order ships, not the date on which the order was placed.

Elizabeth Bradley Design strives to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service immediately at 866.827.3831 and we will provide you with return instructions and a label. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in additional repackaging fees.
