We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. I love this bag! I organized the wool for my next project and it was so easy. After one row was filled with wool the remainder of the wool tucked into the bag so nicely.
