Elizabeth Bradley in the US Free Shipping is available on orders of $74 and above. For orders under $74, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

Duty on US Orders

With the recent change to US import regulations and the removal of the de minimis value, orders shipped from the UK may now be subject to duty charges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay, ensuring your tapestry journey begins with ease and without interruption.

Please note that due to additional customs clearance procedures, your delivery time may be slightly extended.

Elizabeth Bradley Design strives to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service immediately at 866.827.3831 and we will provide you with return instructions and a label. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in additional repackaging fees.
