We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Tapestry for life

I started my EB kit 30 odd years ago, then life got in the way.... When I returned to it recently, a hank of one colour had mysteriously disappeared. I contacted EB with an ancient colour reference, and they not only correctly identified the old colour, but were also able to provide a replacement hank quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed (and relieved that the work I started so long ago can be safely finished). Thank you EB - I was impressed with with your company 30 years ago, and remain so.
