Elizabeth Bradley offers free shipping on all domestic (United States) shipments. Rush shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service immediately at 866.827.3831 and we will provide you with return instructions and a label. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in additional repackaging fees.

I had discovered an unfinished EB tapestry whilst moving house and found that I was missing a crucial green shade. After a mailing EB I had a quick response with the correct shade colour and bought the shade in question. The tapestry must be at least 10 years old and the green shade 821 is still a perfect match. Fabulous. After ordering I received the shade the next working day. Great quality wool as always, fast and efficient service.
