Love my new Beasts of the Field/Shorthorn Ox kit.

I love my new EB kit. The wool is beautiful, but what I really love is the fantastic instructions, the well printed canvas and the large illustrated, beautifully printed guide that includes color plus symbol grid. This is super helpful given the subtle shade variations within one color. No guessing if I have the "right green”. I have a few more months with my handsome OX and I may take on the Suffolk Lambs next. The overall quality and instruction ensures heirloom treasure results!

Love This Needlepoint!

This is the second needlepoint of the country animals that I've done. The first one was the sheep and now I'm doing the Shorthorn oxen. The color chart was a big asset. A lot of the colors especially the greens are very similar in tone so the chart enabled me to separate them and organize them and a logical way. I did not do the Victorian Cross Stitch as recommended but did the standard continental and the Wolf fill the holes very well.
