Elizabeth Bradley offers free shipping on all domestic (United States) shipments. Rush shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Tracking will be emailed at the time of shipment to the email address provided during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and shipping destination. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. When I was young I used to needle point but due to the demands of life work and family I took a long hiatus from my hobby. I have recently retired and my daughter has gotten me back into doing what I loved so long ago. This kit has been a great refresher and now I am ready to tackle my grandsons name in the animal alphabet.
