We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in additional repackaging fees.

The Bell Pull was my first purchase from Elizabeth Bradley and I love it! The printing on the canvas is excellent - never a doubt on what color it should be. The color chart and wool color cards are a great help. I have needlepointed for years and even hand painted canvases do not match the accuracy of EB’s. A joy to needlepoint! I’ll be ordering my next project soon.
