1.How do I sign up?

Click on the EB Rewards icon on the homepage and select join now, enter your details and you'll be able to start collecting rewards.

2. How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance online by signing-in to your account through the icon at the bottom left of the homepage.

3.How do I spend my points?

By clicking on ways to redeem, you'll see all available rewards as well as those you can redeem with your points balance, click redeem and you'll be shown a code to enter at checkout (you'll also be emailed the code).

4. I redeemed a reward by mistake/ changed my mind, can it be reversed?

Yes! Please contact our customer service at sales@elizabethbradley.us to reverse the redemption.
