Elizabeth Bradley offers free USPS shipping on all domestic (United States) shipments. Rush shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Tracking will be emailed to the email address on the order at the time of shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and shipping destination. If you go to Cart there is a Shipping Calculator toward the bottom of the page that you can use to estimate your shipping costs. All orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. Shipping times shown are from the date on which the order ships, not the date on which the order was placed.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavors to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact Customer Services in the first instance on 866.827.3831 and we will provide you with return instructions and a label. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Failure to return products in their unused & originally packaged condition may result in additional repackaging fees. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
